Legal Release Form
One legal release form per exhibitor is required to be on file with the Oklahoma Youth Expo.

NOTE: This form is NOT an official entry form. All entries MUST be made on-line by an agricultural education instructor or county extension educator. This form is for ag teachers and county agents to send home with their students in order to obtain the information required by the on-line entry process.

DO NOT CLICK “CHECK OUT” until you are completely finished entering all exhibitors and their information. You may click “Save This Cart for Later” if you wish to leave the entry process and return later.

EXHIBITOR’S PASSWORD: The exhibitor’s password is the same as the club or chapter password.

SAVE YOUR INFORMATION OFTEN!!! Many times, during a maintenance upload or if problems occur, the system will actually log you off the online entry process. To avoid the risk of losing your information, we suggest you click the save button on the left hand side (picture of a disk) of the screen after every completed entry.

Step 1: Click “login/logoff. Choose “I am a club”

*DO NOT CHOOSE “QUICK GROUP”

Step 2: Choose your club/chapter name. Type in the club/chapter “PASSWORD”

**FFA Instructors: The password will be OKAE followed by a zero and chapter number. (EX: OKAE0###)

**4-H Extension Leaders: The password will be OKCE followed by a zero and county code. (EX: OKCE0###)

Step 3: Click “Begin Adding Exhibitors and Their Entries”

Step 4: Type the students first and last name.

*IMPORTANT* the student’s name must be typed exactly the way it is listed on the OYE web site, under the nomination page.

Step 5: **ALL EXHIBITORS THAT NOMINATED A STEER, BARROW, GILT, MARKET LAMB, WETHER GOAT, OR DOE MUST CHOOSE “This Exhibitor has already been registered”

**ALL EXHIBITORS ONLY SHOWING BREEDING HEIFERS OR BREEDING EWES (not club lamb ewes) MUST CHOOSE “This is a new exhibitor”

CLICK CONTINUE TO MOVE ON

Step 6: Type the exhibitor’s password.

*ALREADY REGISTERED EXHIBITORS: The password will be the same as the club/chapter password. (Example: OKAE0###)

*NEW EXHIBITORS: You must create the password for these exhibitors. We suggest using the same password as the nominated exhibitors.

*REMINDER* the exhibitors showing ONLY breeding heifers or breeding ewes will be considered a “new exhibitor.”

Step 7: The Exhibitor’s Information Page will appear.

**If all information is correct click “continue”

**If the exhibitor information is incorrect click “Edit Information” and change any incorrect info. Then click “continue”

**NEW EXHIBITORS: Please type all information needed for new exhibitors and click continue. NOTE: No home addresses, school address only.

Step 8: The “Entries” page will appear.

1) Choose a “Department” (Example: 01 Market Steers, 02 Breeding Heifers)
2) Choose a “Division” (Example: 43 Berkshire Market Barrows)

Note: If the division you are choosing required prior nomination, you must choose the division the animal is listed under on the OYE web site, on the nomination page.

3) Choose a Validation Number Note: this is the OYE TAG NUMBER
4) Click “Add Entry to Cart”

**PQA NUMBER SHOULD ONLY BE TYPED ONE TIME PER EXHIBITOR

**REGISTRAION INFORMATION: Please only type in the animal name and registration number. Put an “X” or “1” in the sire and dam information. Note: You CAN NOT continue without something typed in every field.

Step 9: Exhibitors showing more than one animal continue by selecting a “Department.”

Exhibitors showing only one animal, click “continue.”

Once all the entries are in for that exhibitor click “continue”

Step 10: The “Additional Items” page will appear.

*Type in the quantity that you need and click “continue”

*If you do not need any additional items just click “continue”

Step 11: At this point “Review your Cart” you have several options.

1) “Save this cart for later”
2) “Add entries for a different exhibitor”
3) “Check Out”

**Choose add entries if you have more exhibitors to enter.

**Choose save this cart for later, if you are not ready to check out.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO SAVE YOUR CART INSTEAD OF CHECKING EACH EXHIBITOR OUT INDIVIDUALLY. WE PREFER ALL STUDENTS TO BE ON ONE RECEIPT FOR EACH CLUB.

Step 12: At this point you will need to type “YES” in the red box and click “submit.”

PLEASE PRINT AND MAKE A COPY OF ALL RECEIPTS.

A COPY OF THE RECEIPT, LEGAL RELEASE FORM AND PAYMENT MUST BE MAILED/POSTMARKED BY
